1) RETURN DEADLINES
GALLANTRY SHOP grants its customers a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the order to exchange with FREE RETURNS except shoes.
30 days money back guarantee from the date of receipt of the order for full refund.
2) RETURN BY MAIL WITH CANADA POST.
To make a return, please send us an email indicating the reason for the return with your order number.
As soon as we receive your request, you will be emailed a shipping label.*
Place the packing slip and items in the original packaging (or other sturdy box or bag).
Affix your Canada Post shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop off the package at any Canada Post post office or mailbox. Postage is prepaid, so you won't have to pay anything at the post office, however, as mentioned, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
*If you cannot print the shipping label, simply take your packaged return to a Canada Post drop-off location. Show the store associate the QR code in your return email notification and they'll take care of the rest.
Please note that the date on the postage stamp on the return package will be considered the return date. All refunds will be made to the same payment method as the original purchase. Merchandise returned to the distribution center will be refunded to the account of the person who made the original purchase.
GALLANTRY SHOP will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once your return has been registered at the warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know it has been received and your refund has been issued. It may take up to 20 business days for it to appear on your credit card or PayPal account from that point.
All items worn are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
